Emmie Lou
On November 5, 2014, approximately 100 dogs were rescued from a puppy mill in Tennessee. See Animal Rescue Corps' "Operation Home for the Holidays". Emmie Lou was one of them - she can be seen here
, here, here, and here. At about 3 years of age, Emmie was very thin, her coat was sparse, and she was practically feral from lack of socialization. Her history is unknown.
When I first met Emmie, I was immediately struck by her soul-less amber colored eyes - but as you can see, she's adjusted VERY well to "life on the outside"!!
